Sept 12 (Weather permitting) Senior Class Photo – During Advisory – On the Turf – Make-up day Sept 19th and Herff Jones presentation
Oct 3/4 Graduation and Ring orders turned in to Herff Jones. He will be at all three lunches on Oct 3rd and 4th. Will also be at the Tennis Shoes Conference on Oct 4th. After this date you can mail to the address on the order form or do it on-line. Remember to order before Dec. 31st. You can put $60 down and pay the remainder by delivery in May.

Jan 7-31 Lakes High School Scholarship Applications are available. The deadline to turn the application is on Jan 31st. at 3:00 PM. in the Guidance Office. You must complete this application in order to be considered for any of the Lakes High Scholarship committee awards. Applications will be available through Advisory and in the Guidance Office.

Mar 6 Senior PORTFOLIO is DUE. Must meet standard on portfolio BEFORE completing the SENIOR PRESENTATION
Mar 4-29 Senior Plaque Applications are available. Deadline to turn the application in is March 29th at 3:00 PM in the Guidance Office. You must qualify in three of the five categories to be considered for a Senior Plaque.
Mar 13, 14, 15 SENIOR PRESENTATIONS: A Washington State & Clover Park School District mandatory graduation requirement.
April 8 Senior Awards List is due May 3rd in the Guidance Office. Form will be available in the Guidance Office April 8th. If you get awards after this date, you can still let the Guidance Office staff know about it. You MUST provide documentation of scholarships and awards received with the amount of the scholarship(s) listed, to have it printed in the graduation program. There will be a point when we cannot guarantee the awards list will be printed in the graduation program, but we will take information up to the day before the Senior Recognition Ceremony.
Apr 12 Graduation orders from Herff Jones (everything except caps, gowns, mugs, etc.) will be in at the high school for pick up, during all lunches.

May 3 Senior Awards list is due in Guidance by 3pm
May 8 Senior Meeting: PAC 12:50 PM
May 8 Caps & Gowns from Herff Jones will be available to pick up at all three lunches.
May 17 Senior Prom –– 8:00 – 11:00 PM.
May 20 Graduation Tickets on sale starting May 20th in Student Accounts. They are $5.00 each & will only be sold to parents, guardians, or graduates up until June 5th at noon. Children 5 & under do not need a ticket. No checks will be accepted for payment after May 23rd. All seniors receive 4 free tickets at Graduation Rehearsal.
May 23 Mock DUI – PAC – 8:00 AM.
May 28 Honor Grad/Senior Award Recognition Ceremony- Honor Grads -students with a 3.5 or higher. 7 PM in the Performing Arts Center. This is where scholarships, awards, senior plaques and certificates of mastery are announced. A reception will follow and families are encouraged to attend.
Jun 3 Seniors last day of class.
Jun 4 Final Transcript Request Form is due in the Guidance Office. No final transcripts will be sent if you owe any fines in Student Accounts. Fines paid after May 24th must be done by cash or money order only. No checks will be accepted. Forms will be available starting May 1st
Jun 4 Mandatory Graduation Practice in the main gym from 9 AM to 11 AM. You must be present the entire time of the practice. If you leave early, or do not come to practice, you will NOT be allowed to walk at graduation. If you have a concern about attending practice, please contact the Guidance Office by May 23th.
4 free graduation tickets will be distributed at Graduation Practice for each graduate. Tickets will be held until fines are cleared, or if you are in jeopardy of not graduating.
Jun 5 Graduation at the Tacoma Dome at 7:00 PM. Photos of you receiving your diploma will be taken and available to purchase.
Jun 24 Final Transcripts will be mailed to your selected college or university. Final transcripts will not be mailed if you have a fine. You must provide the information for final transcripts to be released to your selected college, university, NCAA Clearinghouse, scholarship, recruiter, etc. Don’t assume because you sent one with your application that is all they need. If you need your final transcript sent earlier than June 24th, please talk to Ms. Palmer.
July 1 Diplomas will be available to be picked up in the Guidance Office starting July 1st in the Guidance Office. Diplomas will not be available if you owe a fine at Student Accounts or until final transcripts from Pierce have been received and confirm requirements have been met. Fines may only be paid by cash or money order after May 25th.
