Girls Bowling begins November 1
Girls & Boys Basketball, Girls & Boys Wrestling, Boys Swim ALL Begin November 15.
All students interested in turning out will need to have a current physical from their medical provider turned in to the ASB office and complete Athletic Forms for both Student and Parent on Skyward.
Harry E. Lang Stadium Clear Bag Policy
Clover Park School District’s Harry E. Lang stadium will now be enforcing a clear bag policy at all high school varsity football games.
We are thrilled for another year of exhilarating football games at Harry E. Lang stadium! For the safety of all those in attendance, a clear bag policy will now be in effect for all students, staff, families and community members.
The following bags are allowed:
- Clear Plastic Bag: max size = 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small Clutch Purses: max size = 4.5” x 6.5”
- Medically Necessary Bags (after screened)
- Diaper Bags (after screened)
No backpacks or oversized bags will be allowed.

GoFan Digital Ticketing
GoFan is our district's new digital ticketing platform! Families can purchase tickets online, enter events more quickly and enjoy a safer, more convenient experience while the district benefits from improved financial accountability and reduced cash handling. You can pre-buy tickets or purchase at the door with card or tap pay. To pre-purchase tickets:
- Go to GoFan website.
- Enter our school’s name in the search bar.
- Our school’s available events will display.
- Select the event and the ticket(s) you wish to purchase.
- You will select payment method and complete purchase for your digital ticket(s).
Or, you can go to your phone's app store and download the GoFan app to your mobile device.

Digital Streaming Through NFHS Network (and Pixellot)
Pixellot and the NFHS Network allow our district to livestream athletic events so family members, alumni and community supporters can watch from anywhere. The system uses AI-powered cameras to automatically capture games and make them available live and on-demand. Note: this is a subscription-based service available to users for a fee.
To subscribe for this service, go to NFHSnetwork.com website, search for our school and select the Subscribe button.

The NFHS Network is the national platform where those broadcasts are streamed live and stored for on-demand viewing. Together, they allow schools to provide professional-quality broadcasts without needing a large production crew.

Sports Registration

CPSD uses FinalForms, an online forms and data management service, for middle and high school sports registration.
What is FinalForms?
FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic forms for your students online. The best part? It saves your information year-to-year, so you’ll never need to enter the same data twice!
You can review and update your information at any time. You’ll be required to sign forms once per year and after any updates.

When Does Registration Open?
Registration will open Monday, Aug. 3. You’ll receive an email invitation from FinalForms when it’s live.
How Will You Know?
- Invitations will be sent to the #1 and #2 contacts listed in Skyward.
- Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
- If you don’t receive an email, contact your school’s ASB Secretary to resend the invite and update your contact info.
- After you receive your email, we recommend adding FinalForms to your contacts or safe senders list.
What You’ll Need to Do:
- Click the link in your FinalForms email to create your account.
- Upload your student’s sports physical (valid for 2 years).
- Complete all required forms before your student can participate.
FinalForms’ Family Playbook is linked below with instructions to help you set up your account. It’s also available in your FinalForms account and on the FinalForms website. Google Translate can be used to navigate the site, and Spanish versions of key documents are available.

FinalForms Transition – FAQ for Families
What is FinalForms?
FinalForms is a secure, web-based platform that replaces Skyward for middle and high school sports registration. It allows families to complete and sign forms online, and enables staff and coaches to track student eligibility in real time.
When does registration open?
Registration opens Monday, Aug. 3, or sooner. Families will receive an email invitation from FinalForms when it goes live.
How will families receive their FinalForms invitation?
Invitations will be sent to the #1 and #2 contacts listed in Skyward. Families should check their inbox and spam/junk folders. If they don’t receive an email, they should contact their school’s ASB Secretary.
What should families do if their contact information is outdated?
They should update their contact information in Skyward and request the ASB Secretary to resend the FinalForms invitation.
What documents do families need to upload?
Families must upload a current sports physical (valid for 2 years from the exam date) to their FinalForms account.
Will FinalForms be used for both middle and high school sports?
Yes, FinalForms will be used for all sports registration for grades 6–12 starting this fall.
How do coaches use FinalForms?
They can view real-time student clearance status and are responsible for verifying that only cleared (green) students participate in practice.
Who confirms student clearance?
Athletic Directors and Athletic Coordinators confirm student clearance. Coaches are responsible for checking clearance daily and taking attendance.
Is FinalForms available in other languages?
Yes. The platform is web-based and compatible with Google Translate. Key documents are available in both English and Spanish. Please request translation for key documents in languages other than English and Spanish if needed.
